---My INTEREST in health and fitness started with being a multi-sport athlete up through college. ---My MOTIVATION for educating others on what health and fitness means started in grad school. ---My PASSION for changing people's health and fitness continues every day. I want to change lives. From my experiences in athletics, schooling and my past professions in the medical field, I have developed a passion to help change the lives of others through physiological and psychological lifestyle changes. My mission is to create an educational, motivational and inspirational experience for someone on their journey to improving their 'healthy way of life'.

UT and I started working together in late 2015 and within the first year he completely jump started my body.
