    Ryan Svenby is a fitness professional who works with all athletes on their personal performance and enhancement goals. With over 20 years of experience, he has proven that personalized performance training is the key for all athletes to compete at the highest level possible. He is passionate about integrative corrective exercise, sports performance enhancement, and personalizing nutrition and wellness programs to fit the individual's needs. Ryan has worked with a professional NBA basketball team as the corrective exercise specialist and performance enhancement specialist for 3 years. For 14 years he has successfully managed a training and fitness program for a professional NFL football cheerleading squad and 4 years with a professional NBA dance team. His integrative approach on fusing corrective exercise, athletic performance, and overall functional health and wellness has been the key to his success. 

    Ryan is the founder of FITology.LIFE, an online personal training company that takes a global personalized approach in helping athletes and individuals achieve their fitness and nutrition goals. Providing tailored fitness and exercise solutions for anyone, in any environment, anywhere. The platform offers live video 1-on-1 personal training, customized fitness programming, and advanced nutrition coaching through the FITology.LIFE training app. Specializing in general fitness, corrective exercise and pre/rehabilitation, sports performance enhancement, nutrition coaching, meal planning, and overall health and wellness. Using the experience, knowledge, and success of the FITology.LIFE virtual platform combined with his love of sports training is what has fueled the creation of the Sportsology platform.

  • Director of Sports Enhancement Training

    Garrett Conn is a seasoned coach with over 12 years of expertise in human performance and strength & conditioning. Helping athletes pushing for peak performance, working through injury recovery, and simply striving for better overall health. Garrett delivers expert, customized guidance rooted in education, dedication, and a genuine love for the process.

    He is the founder and owner of Conn Human Performance, a hybrid training platform offering both in-person and virtual coaching for athletes of all ages and skill levels. Garrett’s coaching philosophy focuses on long-term development, resilience, and results-driven programming tailored to each individual.

    Previously, Garrett served as Director of Sports Performance at D1, where he designed and implemented comprehensive performance enhancement programs for athletes across various sports. He led the training staff, oversaw continuing education, and acted as the head coach for team, group, and private sessions. His role also included recruiting, hiring, and developing new performance coaches to uphold excellence within the organization.

    Garrett’s experience also includes six years as a High School Strength & Conditioning Coach, working with student-athletes from grades 6–12 across multiple sports. He played a pivotal role in developing foundational strength, movement mechanics, and long-term athletic development.

    He was also the Official Trainer for the Minnesota Timberwolves Dance Team, where he crafted individualized performance and injury prevention strategies to keep the team in peak physical condition. His weekly group training sessions ensured that the dancers maintained high levels of performance and resilience throughout each season.

    Garrett previously held a leadership role at Life Time as a Personal Training Assistant Manager & Metabolic Specialist, where he managed and mentored a team of fitness professionals, led strategic education efforts, and drove the growth of the metabolic program through performance analytics, operational planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.

    Garrett’s coaching is grounded in science, built on experience, and driven by results—empowering athletes and clients to train smart, stay healthy, and reach their highest potential.

    DJ Hillier is a performance coach, national speaker, and author who is on a mission to energize, empower, and educate athletes on how to use their mindset to their advantage. After his college football career at the University of St. Thomas, DJ found the sport of CrossFit where he competed in five regional CrossFit competitions and the CrossFit Games, ranking among the top 0.01% of athletes worldwide. For the past 15 years DJ has been working with athletes of all ages and ability levels on leveling up their performance both mentally and physically. 

    In addition to his coaching, DJ is the host of The Mindset Advantage Podcast, where he interviews top experts in leadership, mindset, and fitness. With over seven years of interviews, hundreds of thousands of downloads, and millions of views on social media, the podcast ranks in the top 1% in the world and is a powerful resource for anyone looking to sharpen their mental and physical edge.

    DJ is also the author of Push The Sled: 7 Skills to Build an Elevated Mindset and Amplify Performance in Any Sport. This compelling book offers practical strategies for athletes in any sport to enhance their mindset and performance, both on and off the field.

    As a speaker and consultant, DJ takes his lessons from the world’s highest achievers to student-athletes, teaching them how to harness the power of their minds to achieve success.
