Sports enhancement training customized for each sport & age, providing weekly consistency in programming and progress in all phases of training (pre-during-post) season.
Mental performance topics and drills are designed weekly for the athletes, these topics can be addressed by the coaches throughout the weeks at practices and games. Creating consistency with mental performance coaching throughout the organization.
Nutrition guidelines and topics to be addressed with the families throughout the programming to ensure the proper education on nutrition related performance.
PROGRESS TRACKING
Track workouts, goals, and all fitness metrics including, weight, body fat, nutrition logs, steps, sleep, lean mass, resting heart rate, etc.
Sport specific performance metrics and tests will be measured throughout the seasons to compare progress and success.
DAILY TRAINER CHECK-INS
Trainers regularly monitor the teams, coaches, and athletes to ensure proper execution, tracking, and engagement in the programming.
