To access the Sportsology app, your trainer will first register your email provided by your sports organization. Once your email is active in the Sportsology system, you’ll receive email instructions on how to download the app and activate your account.
If your account is already active, you can download the Sportsology app directly from the Sportsology app here through the App Store or here through Google Play.

Yes, each account is private to the account holder. So all goals, and fitness biometrics can only be accessed by the account holder.

Parents have full access and control to the athlete's account and we encourage their involvement in the program. The parent’s email provided to us will be the login. Parents can help set up accounts, create passwords, and choose devices to access the app. Giving the parent full access at anytime to the account.

This is an important and necessary question—player safety is our top priority. Our platform is intentionally designed to eliminate any opportunity for private, unmonitored communication between adult coaches and young athletes. Here’s how we ensure a safe environment:
1. No Direct 1-on-1 Communication
Our platform does not allow direct, unstructured communication between individual athletes and adult coaches. All communication takes place in team-specific public chat channels, which are monitored by the organization.
2. One-Way, Scripted Messaging Only
Motivational messages from coaches or the organization are delivered through a controlled, one-way system:
Pre-Approved Content: All messages are written in advance and reviewed by the organization to ensure they are appropriate, positive, and aligned with safety and communication policies.
Automated Delivery: Messages are sent automatically on a scheduled basis or triggered by training milestones. There is no live or real-time chat functionality.
No Reply Option: Athletes cannot respond to these messages, preventing any form of private dialogue.
3. Strict Policy Controls and Oversight
We enforce a high standard of communication governance to ensure safety:
Content Moderation: All outgoing messages are reviewed through a robust moderation process.
Audit Trails: Every message is logged and auditable, creating full transparency.
Organizational Oversight: The organization retains full control and visibility over all communications on the platform.
4. Emphasis on Team-Based Interaction
The platform is built around group training and communication. Coaching tips, announcements, and motivational content are shared with entire teams or predefined groups—never in private or one-on-one settings.

No, you can not use the same email for two accounts. Including both coaches and athletes. Each email address must be unique within a Sportsology account.

No special equipment is required. Sportsology programs are designed to be flexible and accessible, with all exercises using bodyweight or common household items. Giving the athlete the flexibility to workout anytime, anywhere, and in any environment.
